There is a natural order to all things, and it is within this order that we must find our place. We look to our god, to the empire, to our leaders to maintain this order.

It is this very order that gives us certainty.

Thus it is that we expect the loyal, the faithful, to be trusted, we expect those that work hard to be rewarded, we expect the ignorant to be taught so that they may learn, we expect the faithless, the traitors, to be punished.

Why, you ask, do we need order and certainty?

And I ask you this - without those expectations, what would life become? Would you see the faithless trusted, the foolish giving orders, the lazy prosper?

But is this not what happens, all around us? Do greed and malice not bring higher rewards than loyalty and service?
Ask yourself this - are those the rewards you want?

Call this, then, the creed of the faithful.
